When you purchase a photograph from Media Images Photography, you are granted permission to use that purchased photograph on your own social media accounts for promotional purposes without paying an additional licensing fee.

This includes:

  • Instagram posts and stories.
  • TikTok posts.
  • Band and artist promotional pages.
  • Music venue and promoter social media pages.
  • Advertising upcoming gigs and events on your own social media.

Conditions of use

  1. The photograph must have been purchased from Media Images Photography.
  2. Copyright ownership remains with Media Images Photography.
  3. Photographs must not be resold, redistributed or supplied to third parties for their own commercial use.
  4. Copyright watermarks and credits must not be removed where supplied.
  5. Photographs must not be used for merchandise, resale, paid advertising campaigns or commercial publications without separate written permission.
