These Terms & Conditions apply to the services, photography bookings, digital downloads and photographic prints supplied by Media Images Photography.

1. Photography bookings

  • All photography bookings must be agreed in advance.
  • No upfront shooting fee is offered on selected events, subject to agreement with Media Images Photography.
  • No upfront shooting fee does not mean free photographs.
  • Photography services, access arrangements and expectations must be agreed before the event.
  • Media Images Photography reserves the right to decline a booking.

2. Photograph purchases

  • Photographs are available to purchase through our online galleries.
  • Individual digital downloads and photographic prints are sold at the prices displayed in the gallery.
  • All purchases must be paid for before photographs or prints are supplied.
  • Digital downloads are supplied electronically.
  • Prints are produced and fulfilled through our professional print laboratory.
  • All sales are subject to the applicable consumer rights and cancellation laws.

3. Copyright ownership

All photographs remain the copyright and intellectual property of Media Images Photography unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Purchasing a photograph does not mean purchasing its copyright.

4. Use of photographs

Customers may use purchased digital photographs for personal use and sharing on personal social media accounts, subject to the licence below.

Commercial use, advertising, sponsorship, merchandise, resale, publication or promotional campaigns require the appropriate written commercial licence.

5. Image protection

All photographs displayed online remain protected by copyright.

Customers and visitors must not:

  • Download photographs without purchasing them.
  • Screenshot, copy or reproduce protected gallery images.
  • Remove or crop out copyright watermarks.
  • Re-upload or distribute images without permission.
  • Use photographs for AI training, image generation or other commercial exploitation without written permission.

6. Event photography

Media Images Photography may photograph performers, bands, audiences and events.

Event organisers and venues should make reasonable arrangements to inform attendees that event photography may take place.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Booking cancellations and changes must be communicated as soon as possible.

Consumer cancellation rights apply where required by law. Digital content, personalised products and services may have different cancellation arrangements depending on the circumstances and any required customer consent.

8. Liability

Media Images Photography will take reasonable care when providing its services. We cannot guarantee that every performer, attendee or moment will be photographed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
